2. What data we collect

• Brochure and contact forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred language and, where applicable, intended investment amount and timing.
• Event and update registrations: name, email, WhatsApp and the optional message you send us.
• Communications: the content of the emails or WhatsApp messages you exchange with us.
• Campaign measurement (only with your consent): the campaign link (UTM parameters) you arrived from and the page you visited.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data processed by our hosting provider for security and operation of the site.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

• To send you the brochure or information you request and answer your enquiries — pre-contractual measures at your request and your consent (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
• To keep you informed about TANASAWA (construction updates, prices, new villas, events and a monthly summary) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To manage our relationship with prospective investors in our CRM — our legitimate interest in following up on your request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns with first-party data — your consent via the cookie panel.
• To comply with legal obligations and defend our rights.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while there is a commercial relationship or interest on your part, and for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Campaign measurement data stored in your browser expires after 30 days. Data needed for legal obligations is kept for the legally required periods.

5. Who we share it with

• Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting and database, email delivery (IONOS), cloud file storage and WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
• Our sales and legal team and, if you go ahead with an investment, the notary and professionals involved in the contract.
• We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

The controller is based in Indonesia and our team works from Spain, Indonesia and Mexico, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We only do so with appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) and with providers committed to protecting your data.

7. Your rights

• Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
• Objection and restriction of processing, and data portability.
• Withdrawal of your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
• To exercise them, write to info@hidevelopments.com indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
• If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the competent authority in your country.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

• Strictly necessary (always active): "tanasawa-consent" (your cookie choices, until you change them), session storage "ad-visit-*" and "ev-view-*" (avoid counting the same visit twice, deleted when you close the browser) and "wip_authenticated" (access to the password-protected area). No consent required.
• Preferences (optional): remembers your language (EN/ES) — "tanasawa-lang", until you change it.
• Own campaign measurement (optional): "tanasawa-attrib", 30 days; records which campaign link brought you here. No data is shared with third parties.
• We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other third-party trackers. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-restricted administration areas.

10. Minors

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
