The Team Behind Hi Developments

Hi Developments is a multidisciplinary team bringing together expertise in real estate development, architecture, design, sustainability, and hospitality management, supported by leading specialists and firms across the legal, tax, and financial fields.

Our track record spans residential developments and cultural spaces in Spain, as well as boutique resorts in Mexico. Today, this international experience comes together with local knowledge and talent to shape our first project in Indonesia: Tanasawa.

A new chapter with the same vision: to create architecturally distinctive projects designed to invest in, live in, and enjoy.
